Requests For Developmental Proposals for Jefferson School. 

The City of Coquille is requesting Development Proposals (RFDP) for the purchase and redevelopment of the “Old Jefferson School”. The Site is 2.48 acres with a 21,000 square foot existing structure this site has amazing potential.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, new construction of 8  family housing units are taking place on adjacent lots. The Jefferson subdivision will be one of the top neighborhoods in the city upon completion.

The City of Coquille is looking for proposals to redevelop the property that recognizes and accepts the area’s diversity in age, culture, land use.
